Site NY-04R was one of three U.S. Army remote radar sites associated with the Nike missile batteries protecting the New York metropolitan area. This radar facility was located within the IFC Area of Nike missile battery NY-03/04 atop Mt. Nebo in Orangeburg, Rockland County, New York.

Current Condition
Some remnants of the original IFC Area remain including a barrack and the base of a radar tower. These are now located in the Nike Overlook Park section of Clausland Mountain County Park, Rockland County.
